Look no farther than the Garmin IQUE M5! A GPS and PDA in one! (or for much
less dollars, the IQUE 3600).

I myself prefer to use a GPS unit seperate from a PDA... since the GPS
units seem to be much tougher for outdoor use. I have dropped my GPS units
many times and never broke one... but I dont think these PDA units nowadays
can take that kind of abuse?
