Most search engines have a means to submit a website to them. Even with
that it usually takes time before the bots get out to crawl the page and
add them to the database. There are companies that will be happy to take
your money to do it, but there are a number of good tools out there that
allow you to submit a site to multiple search engines for free. Check out
www.tucows.com and look around for search engine submission tools, you
should find many.

After you get them submitted, you just have to wait, sometimes for a long time.
