Here's what the stats looked like in 2008:
http://web.archive.org/web/20080501132654/http://www.azgeocaching.com/team_stats.php

There was a Cache Karma column which was a moving ratio of caches hidden to caches found.
Or in other words the more total caches in existence the less caches you would need to hide per caches you found to keep you karma positive.

It was a very early stat that we came up with when the number of total caches in existence in Arizona was still in the 2 digit range.  It was originally a hard coded ratio.  That hard coded ratio was quickly replaced with a moving ratio because it was causing people to hide too many caches in order to have positive cache karma.

We are open to any ideas that would pump new life into the site and/or mailing list.  We are to the point that we need to either get things going again or throw in the towel.

I wish we could bring back the caching stats.  After we were forced to take those off line there was an immediate and gigantic dip in the amount of caching that was going on.... and I miss having to explain what "Cache Karma" was :)

I miss this site. It used to be so nice to see what our AZ cachers were doing - It made us feel like a cohesive group.  I rarely look at the FB pages.

Life is not the way it is supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way we cope with it, is what makes the difference.

I haven't been able to see messages for the past month. I'm trying to figure out how to correct it. Thank you

The list has been quite for a while.

Is anyone caching anymore?  Or is there just not a lot to say about
Geocaching that hasn't already been said.

Still subscribed, but most of my caching interaction is via Facebook, websites, etc.  But thank you!
