If you have a mapping program such as National Geographic Topo, DeLorme (Topo or Street Atlas), or MS Streets & Trips, I can create a waypoint file for you based on the .gpx file Bob provided.

Here's the gpx file of the first 100 caches in AZ and
their status as of when the file was created.

It's a large file and may require Jason's approval to
