It shouldn't.  My understanding is the highway is closed North of
Shea/Fountain Hills.  If someone was planning on coming to the event from
Payson it could be a problem for them.

I will be updating the cache page with the coordinates of the meeting
location in a few minutes ( 33.30.224 N / 111.47.440 W).  This is the AZ
geoachers sign just West of Gilbert Road on the Beeline.
