Not to disappoint Sprocket, I present...What is an SYE, and what it can do for you? SYE stands for Slip Yoke Eliminator. On 4x4 vehicles with lift kits installed (especially Jeeps), the rear driveline angle becomes more acute, which can cause driveline vibration between the transfer case and rear differential due to the slip yoke. A SYE is actually a fixed yoke, one that doesn't...slip in/out of the rear transfer case housing. The installation of the SYE effectively eliminates driveline vibration and also keeps the driveshaft from falling off when the suspension is under heavy flex. I need an SYE right now, because at certain speeds I have significant driveline vibration. I'm hoping that the 1" shackle lift, combined with the 1" motor mount lift will make it go away, since I'm changing the mounted angle of the entire powerplant/driveline. Then I can go with the 1" body lift and bring the total lift to 4.5". :) Brian Team A.I. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Sparks" To: Sent: Sunday, March 20, 2005 4:21 PM Subject: Re: [Az-Geocaching] Clearance?
