Joe,
 I would be happy and honored to adopt your Cactus Point Vista (GC7D1D.)  It is near my neck of the woods and in an area in which it would be a pleasure to do the occasional maintenance on. It is also enroute to the final stage of my ''Chasing the Goose'' cache.  Cactus Point Vista was the 5th cache I ever found and the first I found with my entire family along.
