It seems to be a trend.  We had 3 or 4 new caches planned, but after our 
last experience getting one approved, I have decided that I will probably 
not hide any more.  I shouldn't have to justify my cache to anyone, if it 
is good the people that find it will like it, if it is not good, they will 
let me know in their logs.
