I have a friend who rides his bicycle to work every day (Mon-Fri). He lives 
in Chandler Heights (& Power Rd) and works at Motorola near the airport in 
Phoenix. 70 miles round trip. He is in his late 40's and is a diabetic. Of 
course, he is an ultra endurance cyclist too.  ;)
