Hi,
I am a native to Arizona, born and raised in Phoenix, living in Flagstaff 
for the last 24 years.  I can honestly say that I have never ever seen gas 
cheaper in Flagstaff than it is in the valley.  We always pay about $.30 
more per gallon than Phoenix...but now the tables have turned.  We have gas 
for $1.67 per gollon at Safeway on the east side to $1.77 on the west side 
of town, where the tourists go.
