Is there a quick way to select a group of caches for a custom book on
azgeocaching?

What I'd like to do is have a book containing all the caches within, say, a
20-mile radius of someplace.  I understand how to sort, using my starting
place as the center point.  But is there a way other than clicking all the
Build Into Custom Book checkboxes individually to select a bunch of them?
