After reading about this nit-wit... I started thinking.  What would any
of you attach this device to after you found it on 'your' car?

I'm thinking a frieght train would be fun... he could track it across
the country.

Another idea would be to attach it to his own car.... and reprogram it
to transmit a the location to be about 100 yards in front of the
vehicle.  Then we'd get to wonder which ocean would he eventually drive
into.
