I just read this statement on the AZ State Parks site, http://www.pr.state.az.us/

"Beginning August 9th, seven parks that have been closed since the beginning of July will
re-open. These parks are Catalina, Lost Dutchman, McFarland, Oracle, Picacho Peak, Roper Lake,
and Tubac Presidio. Check back for more details."
