not really... member caches are being excluded right now because they 
are a little different to deal with... and we dont have any code in 
place to handle them... so in that respect they are being counted as an 
out of state cache for now...

if i through them into the system as it is now then anyone could look at 
it on our cache page and what not and it would be include in the data 
file also... kinda defeat the purpose of a member only cache...

so i have been kinda deliberating what to do and how to do it.... make 
it available to everyone, or find a way to verify you are a member of 
geocaching.com and make it available only to members... or just count it 
  in the stats and not available other than through geocaching.com... or 
password encrypt it some how with a password on another memeber cache... 
  etc.... you see the problem....
