Jim,

I agree with the powers that be that this doesn't
qualify. To get it to qualify I would suggest you
focus on the cache aspect and then offhandedly mention
that those hours are also when a ball game goes on. To
prevent needing to carry a ammo box with your ball
gear, call it a micro and mention that there is a
logbook and that the cache is whatever the bag was.
