Jason origionally put them together for himself, and then I wanted to see if we were doing more difficult caches than the people that had passed us in quantity (which we were )... and thats where the "score" came from, and then it all just blossomed from there. ...but anywhere, I haven't see any other sites that provide downloads for other states. I might be able to whip together something that lets you bulk select caches from other states and download them directly from the official site for other states...
