I just finished setting up the updating of the archived caches.  They
should be updated once per day at 4am as apposed to the normal information
being updated once every 4 hours, so there could be short amounts of time where
the stats are innaccurate, but that will never be for more than 24 hours.

This should put a stop the innacuracies that have been poping up from time
to time in the caches not in arizona field.
